Sophie Paterson

Carlos qualified as an Osteopath in 2009, whilst working as a Personal Trainer at the Lensbury Club.

Having competed nationally as a junior in rowing and rugby, his passion for therapy, rehabilitation and performance has always been present.

His career took him all around central London as well as the outskirts of the M25 and as far out as the Cotswolds, building and leading Spa & Wellness teams, processes and offerings throughout the South of England.

His stops along the road boasts luxury 5 star properties such as, The Lensbury Club, Wentworth Golf Club, The Lansdowne, Centre Point, Nobu, Cliveden House, Fairmont Windsor Park and The Lakes by Yoo to name a few, which brings us to 2022.

Sophie was fortunate to grow up with the opportunity to travel and live across the globe, spending a lot of time around the Caribbean. This quickly developed a strong interest in the world of hospitality at a young age.
It was only a matter of time before Sophie made the decision to combine this passion into a life career.
Graduating from University with a degree in Management and Psychology, she went off on her first adventure to Dubai to train with one of the best in the hospitality industry, the One&Only brand and this led to working with various other five star luxury hotels such as Mustique Island and L'oscar London. It was on this journey that Sophie refined her current expertise in marketing, branding and communications.

It was this special year of 2022 that CUSP Consultancy Ltd was born. It was a natural decision to combine our joint experience of over 20 years to become the creators and founders of a brand, product and world we feel so passionately about and we are ready to bring you your desired success.
